Helen McIntosh, 86, formerly of Union Township, died June 23.
McIntosh is survived by her daughter Diana Wheeler, grandchildren Rick Wheeler, John Adkins and Kyle Adkins, six great-grandchildren and brother Frank Ashworth.
She was preceded in death by her parents Homer and Hannah Ashworth, husband Albert McIntosh, daughter Linda Adkins and sister Peggy Ratliff and Pauline Combs.
Visitation 10 a.m. until 11 a.m. services June 27 at E.C. Nurre Funeral Home in Amelia. Interment at Mt. Sinai Cemetery.
