Christopher Dale Colliver, 43, of Mt. Orab, died April 25.
Colliver is survived by his life partner Theresa Adams, children Tyler, Christopher and Olivia Colliver, step-children Heather and Josh Adams, parents Christopher (Sue) Colliver and Sherry Sebring and Ray Dickey, siblings Christina Garcia-Mendoza and Kevin Colliver, step-brothers Sean and Christopher Dickey and grandfather John D. Colliver.
He was preceded in death by his grandmother Norma Colliver.
Memorial gathering 1-3 p.m. May 2 at E.C. Nurre Funeral Home in Amelia.
