Florence Scott, 96, of Georgetown, died April 21 at Meadowview Regional Hospital in Maysville, Ky.
Scott was a 50 year employee with the P. Sullivan and U.S. Shoe companies.
She is survived by her daughter Pat Hopkins, son Edward Scott, grandchildren Dean (Viola) Hopkins, Toni Blair, Michelle Hopkins, Christopher (Tammy) Hopkins, and Steven Hopkins, great-grandchildren Bethany (Larry) Bolender, Dylan Hopkins, Nicole Ferris, Kaycee Hopkins, Michael Hopkins and Ryan Hopkins, and great-great-grandchildren Adelyn and Ella Bolender.
She was preceded in death by her parents Noble and Martha Gilkison, husband John Earl Scott, great-grandson Eric Blair and siblings Opal Van Meter and Wilbur Gilkison.
Visitation 10 a.m. until 1 p.m. services April 24 at Cahall Funeral Home in Georgetown. Interment at Confidence Cemetery in Georgetown. Memorials of non-perishable food items to Georgetown Church of Christ, 149 Hamer Rd., Georgetown, OH 45121 or Decatur Food Pantry.
