They had a tough road as Day 1 did not go the way they had hoped. They lost both pool play games on Saturday so the road to the finals on Sunday had to go through the Indiana Blazers (the No. 2 Seed), which they won 15-4.

Among the big hits in the game were Evan Baugh (2-4), Jantzen Smith (2-4), Dylan Whisman (2-3, 3 RBI) and Alex Hatter a big double. The second game Sunday was versus a team that had beaten them in pool play on Saturday, At The Yard, out of Kentucky. The Flash beat them 8-2. Among the big hits was Stephen Krause (2-3, 2B).

With the missing high school players out, pitching was running short, but they made it to the finals against the Cincinnati Flames and were leading 2-0 in the 3rd inning before falling to the Flames.

Big Hits in this game were Dylan Whisman who had a single and two RBI and Stephen Krause.

Among the hot hitters for the tournament were Dylan Whisman (Williamsburg) who went 4-6 on Championship Sunday with 6 RBI, Evan Baugh (Milford) who went 4-9, Stephen Krause (Wilmington) who went 4-9, Jantzen Smith (Mason County) who went 3-10.

The Flash got outstanding pitching from Evan Baugh (Milford), Mason Stanley (Hillsboro), Kyle Blaha (Amelia), Dylan Whisman (Williamsburg) and Jantzen Smith (Mason County, KY).
