Chaplain Timothy Foley, 66, of Cincinnati, formerly of Bethel, died March 12.
Foley is survived by his wife Sylvia Foley, children Olene Foley and Tim (Vikki) Foley, siblings Esther Barnhart and Jo Barnhart and two grandchildren.
