Board of Appeals
The New Richmond Board of Appeals has scheduled a public hearing for March 18th, 2014 at 7:00pm. The hearing will be held in the council chambers at 102 Willow Street, New Richmond, Ohio, 45157. The purpose of the hearing is to review a variance request filed by Mr. Charles Scott. Mr. Scott is requesting a variance to allow the construction of an accessory building at 622 Willow Street which exceeds the height requirement as defined by section 1814.6 of the New Richmond Zoning Ordinance. There will be a mandatory pre-bid meeting at 1:00 PM on March 21, 2014 at the Township Administration Building to review the Mold Remediation Protocol and address any questions. A voluntary walk-through inspection will follow at the Site.
