Ring was a farmer and a tractor mechanic.
He is survived by his daughter Christine Davis, sister Betty Moore and many nieces, nephews and friends and neighbors.
He was preceded in death by his parents Victor and Bessie Ring, wife Caroline Ring, sister Marjorie Ellis and son-in-law Roger Davis.
Visitation noon until 2 p.m. services Oct. 17 at Cahall Funeral Home in Mt. Orab. Interment at Mt. Orab Cemetery. Memorials to Hospice of Cincinnati-East.
