Virginia Lea Canter, 92, of Bethel, died Sept. 9.
Canter is survived by her children Besie Elaine Ward, Kenneth Ray (Kathy) Canter and Keith E. (Susan) Canter, siblings Rachel Jones, Wanda Ninnichuch, Jeanette King, August, Shelby and Floyd Hensley, eight grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband Dale Canter, son-in-law Windell Ward and siblings Bessie Jodrey, Mary Jones, Loretta, Aster, Ford, Robert and Jim Hensley.
Visitation 6-8 p.m. Sept. 12 and services 1 p.m. Sept. 13 at E.C. Nurre Funeral Home in Bethel. Interment at Tate Township Cemetery. Memorials to Bethel United Methodist Church, 402 West Plane St., Bethel, OH 45106.
