Denise Smith, 45, of Goshen, died Aug. 18 in Batavia.
Smith was a homemaker.
She is survived by her children Danielle Amburgey and Joshua Williamson, fiance Michael Rosell, mother Ola Smith, father Dennis Broughton, grandchildren Karly and Rylan, sister Sherry Broughton, and puppy Daytona.
Services 11 a.m. Aug. 22 at Evans Funeral Home in Goshen. Interment at Myers Cemetery.
