This shall serve as official notice that the Council of Amelia Village passed Resolution No. R-2013-07, expressing the Village’s intent to sell personal property which is no longer needed for public use, is obsolete, or unfit for the use for which it was acquired, by internet action. Village Council has selected GovDeals, Inc. as its contracted representative to conduct auctions on its behalf through GovDeals on-line auction service. The Clermont County Transportation Improvement District (CCTID), in cooperation and coordination with the Clermont County Engineer’s Office will be accepting sealed bids for the furnishing of all labor, equipment, and materials needed to construct PROJECT NO. MI-17-06: BRANCH HILL GUINEA PIKE AT SR 28 IMPROVEMENTS, in accordance with the Ohio Department of Transportation Construction and Material Specifications( effective January 1, 2010 and its revisions and supplements), Standard Construction Drawings, Standard Bridge Drawings, Ohio Manual of Uniform Traffic Control, The State of Ohio Department of Transportation Bridge Design Manual, and other applicable standards in force on the date of letting and in accordance with the Project Specifications and Construction Plans on file in the office of the Clermont County Engineer. Beginning at a spike set in the centerline intersection of HUNT ROAD said spike being South 45 degrees 05’ 07” West 1225.25 feet from a spike set at the centerline intersection of HUNT ROAD south 38 degrees 40’ 39” east passing through a 5/8” iron pin at 20.12 feet for a total distance of 192.13 feet to a 5/8” iron pin set; thence south 45 degrees 00’ west 115.53 feet to an existing 1/2” iron pin; thence North 34 degrees 08’ west passing through a 5/8” iron pin at 174.24 feet for a total distance of 194.60 feet to a spike set in the centerline of HUNT ROAD; thence along said centerline North 45 degrees 05’ 07” East 100.00 feet to place of beginning containing 0.473 acres of land subject to all legal highways and easements of record.
