Jerry W. Ludwick, 56, of Mt. Orab, died May 13 in Somerset, Ky.
Ludwick attended Saline Baptist Church, was a former employee of GE and served in the US Navy.
He was preceded in death by father Fred. R. Ludwick and son Jeremy Ludwick.
Ludwick is survived by wife Debbie Ludwick, children Joshua, Jacob, and Heather Ludwick, mother Mona (Larry) Hundley, grandchildren Erica and Chelsea, siblings Timothy Ludwick, Sandra Carnahan, and Patricia Brock, and step-siblings Jill Mullis and Sandra Panetta.
Visitation held 11:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. May 16 at Megie Funeral Home in Mt. Orab, followed by funeral service at 1:30 p.m. Interment at Greenbush Cemetery in Green Township.
