Matthew Hetzer Jr., 79, of St. Martin, died May 2.
Hetzer was retired from GE Evandale. He served in the US Navy during the Korean Conflict. He was a member of The Boys Club and I.A.M. Local 912.
Hetzer was preceded in death by parents Matthew and Marie Hetzer and brothers Tony, Mike, Joe, and Andy Hetzer.
He is survived by wife Linda K. Hetzer, step-children Sherry L. (Daniel) Young, Mike (Penny) Lewis, and Michelle (Donald) Bright, grandchildren Bridget, James, Hailee, Klay, and Joshua, great-grandchildren Logan, Lexie, Chole, and Zoey, and siblings Anna Rohmeir, Gladys Prinzo, Rose Rook, Barb McCulley, Nick Hetzer, and Don Hetzer.
Visitation 6-8 p.m. May 6 at Megie Funeral Home. Graveside service 11 a.m. May 7 at St. Martin Cemetery in St. Martin.
