The Felicity-Franklin School District has created a mobile app for each of their buildings.

The app is available at ischoolbox.com or your Apple or Android App Store and is a free service from 806 Technologies that helps districts create mobile apps for their schools.

“Keeping parents connected and informed is important to us,” said Glenn Moore, superintendent. “So many people do so many things from their smartphones today it only makes sense to have a connection to the school available through a mobile app.”

Parents can check school news and events, link to building webpages so they can check student grades and link to district and classroom pages, phone or email the principal with a click, email staff members with a click, check the lunch menu and put money in their student’s lunch account.

The mobile app will continue to be developed as other needs are identified.
