Carolyn L. Newland, 71, of Hamersville, died April 30.
Newland was retired from Southwest Ohio Developmental Center.
She was preceded in death by parents Stanley Wilson and Frances Little Shouse, and siblings Eugene, David, James, Betty, Brenda, Joyce, and Patricia.
Newland is survived by husband James M. Newland, children James M. Newland Jr. and Jennifer (Jack) Doerger, grandchildren Ashley and Katelyn Wallace, great-grandchild Kaylee Wallace, brother Darrell (Pam) Shouse, as well as many nieces and nephews.
Visitation 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. May 3 at E.C. Nurre Funeral Home in Bethel. Funeral services following at 1 p.m. Interment at Confidence Cemetery in Georgetown.
