At approximately 2 p.m. Monday, May 6, a blue GrandAm V-6 crashed into the corner of a small old storage building off State Route 125. According to the State Highway Patrol, there were two vehicles involved. A small SUV and the GrandAm V-6, driven by Sarah Howison, were both driving west on 125. The SUV switched lanes from the left to the right, into the path of the Grand Am. Howison swerved off the road and ran into the building. The SUV did not stop. Fire and building officials were present at the scene to ensure safe removal of the vehicle, amid concerns of the building collapsing and damaging the adjacent power lines. No one was injured in the accident.
