West Clermont Local School District will be holding three Superintendent Feedback Forums in the coming weeks.

The forums are being held at 4 p.m. March 12 at Amelia High School in the multi-purpose room, 6:30 p.m. March 25 at Union Township Library Branch and 9:30 a.m. March 28 at the Union Township Civic Center.

New Superintendent Dr. Keith Kline said he scheduled the forums to engage not only parents and staff members, but also members of the community.

“We have four areas of focus moving forward in the district,” Kline said. “The purpose is really to collect that information and listen to what the community has to say.”

He said the four areas they are focusing on currently include having safe, secure and inviting schools, focusing on 21st Century learning and teaching, increasing communication, and working on financial stability.

“We’re looking for ideas and suggestions the community may have around each of those areas as well,” Kline said.

Kline said they will fold information that they gather into their plans moving forward at the district.

He said they picked several different times for the forums to try and accommodate many individual’s schedules.

“I just hope folks will come out and share their thoughts and ideas about moving West Clermont forward,” Kline said.
