Board of Zoning Appeals
The New Richmond Board of Zoning Appeals has scheduled a public hearing for March 19th, 2013 at 7:00 pm. The hearing will be held in New Richmond Council Chambers, 102 Willow Street, New Richmond, Ohio. The purpose of the hearing is to review a variance request filed by Mr. Tim Feldkamp, 726 Washington Street. The request is to allow the construction of an accessory building proposed to be built in the front yard not meeting the required setbacks.
