Felicity FFA members win state career development contest

The Felicity-Franklin FFA agricultural issues team holding their new state winning banner with Monte Anderson, Agriculture Department Chair at Wilmington College. Pictured are: Jordan Utter, Christina Paskow, Anderson, Paige Kessen, Serena Spaulding, and Mikayla Hamilton.
The team will to advance to the national contest next October in Louisville, Kentucky at the 86th National FFA Convention.
The group researched the controversial topic of animal testing and presented the benefits and risks to local community groups before presenting at the state competition.
This is the second year in a row that the Felicity-Franklin FFA has won this contest, however, team members are different each year.
