The Board of Clermont County Commissioners will be accepting sealed proposals from qualified Contractors to provide a single maintenance contract for copy machines and related office equipment including but not limited to printers, faxes, scanners and plotters. The proposal shall include a recommendation for consolidating, replacing, and/or eliminating existing equipment and supplies. All proposals shall be submitted, in triplicate, in a sealed envelope marked: Proposal – Office Equipment Consolidation & Maintenance Contract for Clermont County, Ohio. All proposals must be received in the Office of the Board of Clermont County Commissioners, Suite 329, 101 E. Main Street, Batavia, Ohio 45103, no later than 2:00 P.M. EST on March 21, 2013, at which time all proposals shall be opened and read publicly.
Instructions to Proposers and specifications outlining the terms and conditions may be obtained by interested parties from Connie Tibbe, Phone: (513) 732-7919, at the Clermont County Board of Commissioners’ Office, 101 East Main Street, Batavia, Ohio 45103.
