Peters, Rich exchange vows

Amelia Mayor Todd Hart, center, marries Marty Peters and Doreen Rich.

On Dec. 12, 2012 Amelia Mayor Todd Hart married Marty Peters and Doreen Rich.

The ceremony took place in the Amelia Village Municipal Building at 44 West Main Street.

Assisting in the ceremony was photographer Sandy James, who was also the official clock watcher.

Mayor Hart has said that performing weddings is one of the duties he enjoys most.
