Elfriede Schaefer, 93, of Colerain Township, died Feb. 2.

Schaefer was a loyal member of the Germania Society.

She is survived by her children Ingrid Lane, Yasmine Gehring, Frederick (Julie) Schaefer and Dolores (Mark) Kabbes, 12 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.

She was preceded in death by her husband Adolph Shaefer and child Marlies Hallon.

Visitation 10 a.m. until 11 a.m. services Feb. 8 at E.C. Nurre Funeral Home in Amelia. Interment at Mt. Moriah Cemetery. Memorials to the Alzheimer’s Association or Hospice of Cincinnati.
