Jeremy Hess and Dr. Crystal Day-Hess
Mr. and Mrs. Charles Day, of Bethel, have announced the marriage of their daughter, Dr. Crystal Anne Day, to Mr. Jeremy Ryan Hess, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Philip Hess of Williamsburg.

The wedding took place at the Madison South Loft in Covington, Ky. July 7, 2012 with the Rev. James Goff of the First Presbyterian Church of Williamsburg officiating.

Immediately following the ceremony, an evening reception of dinner, music, and dancing was held at the Madison Event Center in the Crystal Ballroom in Covington.

The attendants for the couple included life-long friends and family members. Dr. Day-Hess’s matron of honor was Mrs. Kelly Haman of Aurora, Colorado and bridesmaids were Ms. Jennifer Cox of Cincinnati, sister of the bride, and sister in law Mrs. Lisa Grause of Bethel.

Mr. Hess was attended by best man Mr. Andrew Stamper of Lake Orion, Michigan, groomsmen Mr. Christopher Gregory of Amelia, and Mr. Christopher Tyo, of Cincinnati.

Crystal is a 2011 graduate of the University of Louisville, having received her PhD in Behavioral Psychology as the G. Stevenson Award top honors graduate student, where she also received her Masters degree in that field.

An honors graduate in Psychology in 2006 from Northern Kentucky University and the 2002 Valedictorian of Bethel-Tate High School, Dr. Day-Hess is a senior researcher specializing in the field of Early Childhood Research and Behavioral/Educational programs at Mid-Continent Research for Education and Learning in Denver, Colorado.

Jeremy is a 2005 graduate of Northern Kentucky University with a B.A. in Art and Graphic Design ad a 2001 graduate of Bethel-Tate High School. He is an Art Director with Integer Group, an international design and marketing firm in Denver, Colorado.

Following a honeymoon trip to Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic, the couple returned to their residence in Denver, Colorado.
