Thomas N. Smith, 52, of Bethel, died Dec. 24.
Smith is survived by his children Steven Onvey Smith, Caleb Bob Dylan Smith and Trenton Jeffrey Harold Smith, mother Shirley Smith, siblings Kathy Adams, John Smith, Danny Smith and Gary Smith.
He was preceded in death by his father Onvey Smith.
Services 10 a.m. until noon services Dec. 28 at Bethel United Methodist Church. Interment at Greenlawn Cemetery in Milford.
