Carolyn Jones, 66, of Symmes Township, died Dec. 15 at Drake Center in Cincinnati.

Jones had retired from Montgomery Nursing School.

She is survived by her husband Tim, children Jason (Jennifer) Jones and Jennifer (Brad) Burgel, grandchildren Nathan and Andrew Jones and Landen and Brianna Burgel and sister Joan (Gordon) Lance.

She was preceded in death by her parents Lester and Lillian Kerns.

Visitation 10 a.m. until noon services Dec. 19 at Craver-Riggs Funeral Home in Milford. Memorials to the Lupus Foundation of America, 12930 Chippewa Road., Brecksville, OH 44141.
