Charles Theaderman, 68, of Mt. Orab, died Nov. 21 at Drake Center Vitas in Cincinnati.

Theaderman is survived by his wife Paula Phelps, children Tonya (Wally) Howard, Charlie (Kellie) Theaderman, Lance (Hyun) Theaderman and Justin Theaderman, granddaughters Amanda and Joslyn, brother Phillip Theaderman, sister Shirley Wiezbowski and numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation 6 p.m. Nov. 27 and services 11 a.m. Nov. 28 at Charles H. McIntyre Funeral Home in Felicity. Interment at Neville Vesper Cemetery.
