Herbert Ruffley, 83, of Milford, died Nov. 14 in Blue Ash.

Ruffley was an estimator in the construction industry. He also served in the United States Army during the Korean War.

He is survived by his wife Dorothy Ruffley, children Kathy (Robert) Kellum and Linda Allen, grandchildren Kyle (Lauren) Kellum, Nathan (Krystle) Kellum and Jason Allen, great-granddaughter Evelyn Kellum and sister Carolyn Dalton.

He was preceded in death by his son-in-law Jim Allen.

Services 11:30 a.m. Nov. 17 at Trinity UMC. Memorials to Trinity UMC, 5767 Wolfpen-Pleasant Hill Road, Milford, OH 45150.
