Barbara Ann Risk, 74, of Milford, died Oct. 25 in Miami Township.
Risk was a clerk at Lehr’s.
She is survived by her mother Betty Smith, children Maureen Burns, Victoria Risk, Tracy Risk and Thomas Risk Jr., grandchildren Thomas Risk III, Sarah, Sean and Aaron Burns, siblings Rob (Barb) Smith, Jay Smith, Virginia Mason, Reverend Edward Smith, Larry (Joanne) Smith and many uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband Thomas Risk, son Thomas Risk and siblings Tom and Pam Smith.
Services 10 a.m. Nov. 12 at St. Andrew Church.
