Maryann Mofford, 46, of Milford and Batavia, died Nov. 2 in Batavia.

Mofford was a press operator for Jeliho Plastics.

She is survived by her husband Robert Mofford, parents Edward and Margaret Sommer Birck, siblings Debra Crosby, Nancy VonBargen, Cynthisa Sutter, Edward, Kenneth, Doug and Christopher Birck.

She was preceded in death by her husband John Fay.

Services 10:30 a.m. Nov. 6 at Immaculate Heart of Mary Church. Interment at Graceland Memorial Gardens in Milford.
