Sandy Lee Ladd, 57, died Oct. 3.

Ladd is survived by her husband Tim Ladd, children Angela Gormley and Shelly Ladd, grandchildren Michael Gormley, Ryan Gormley and Helana Wise.

Visitation 11 a.m. until 1:30 p.m. services Oct. 9 at Maham Funeral Home in Williamsburg.
