Misti Maye Crooks, 34, of New Richmond, died Oct. 20 at Mercy Hospital Clermont in Batavia.

Crooks is survived by her son Logan, brother Greg Henson, sister Christan Henson, father Greg Henson, step-father Gary Gross and numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.

Visitation 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. services Oct. 25 at Charles H. McIntyre Funeral Home in Felicity. Interment at Isabel Cemetery in Pt. Isabel, Ohio.
