Beginning at a spike in the center of Stonelick Williams Corner Road at the Northwest corner of the within described premises and a corner to Herbert Meyer and also the Northwest corner to a tract of land of Aldine and Bertie Reed as recorded in Deed Book No. 296, page 591, Clermont County, Ohio Deed Records. Thence from said beginning and with the center of said road North 52 deg. 20 minutes East 100 feet to a spike. Thence leaving South 22 degrees 30’ East 230 feet to a stake. Thence South 52 degrees 20’ West with said meter’s line North 22 deg. 30’ West 230 feet to place of beginning containing 0.51 acre of land subject to all legal highways.
