Chester Lee Metcalf, 87, formerly of Bethel, died Sept. 28 in Cincinnati.
Metcalf was a machinist at Siemens Allis. He served in the United States Army during World War II as a technician fifth grade.
He is survived by his wife Geneva Irene Meece Metcalf, son Charles (Donna) Metcalf, grandson Matt Metcalf, step-grandson Shannon Ward, seven great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild and siblings Daisy Coffey and Jesse and Brooks Metcalf.
He was preceded in death by his sister Zula Combs.
Services 11 a.m. Oct. 1 at Evans Funeral Home in Milford. Interment at Graceland Memorial Gardens. Memorials to Hospice of Cincinnati.
