Floyd, take notice that on the 30th day of April, 2012, Plaintiff The Park National Bank, successor to First Clermont Bank, a division of The Park National Bank (“Plaintiff”), filed a Complaint in Foreclosure and on Note in the Common Pleas Court of Clermont County, Ohio, Clermont County Courthouse, 270 East Main Street, Batavia, Ohio 45103, in Case No. 2012 CVE 00808, alleging there is due to Plaintiff the sum of $22,223.89, plus interest at the rate of 4.250% per annum (as may be adjusted under the terms of the Note) from December 19, 2011, plus late charges, advances and costs incurred in this action until paid in full on Note, and seeking to foreclose its Mortgage, recorded on March 24, 2006 in OR Book 1965, Page 2100 of the Clermont County Recorder’s records, which secures the Note, and which encumbers the following described real estate to wit:
