Gerard E. Carson, 85, of Miami Township and formerly of Bloomington, Ind., died Sept. 28 in Blue Ash.
Carson was a purchasing agent for United Technology. He also served as a seaman apprentice in the United States Navy.
Carson is survived by his wife of 60 years Claire Brennan, son Timothy (Sandra) Carson, daughters Dara (James) Hudson and Judith (Doug) Drilling, six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his brother William Carson Jr.
Services 10:30 a.m. Oct. 1 at St. Elizabeth Seton Church. Interment at Dayton National Cemetery in Dayton.
