Michael Clay Puckett, 50, of Milford, died Sept. 10.
Puckett was a painter.
He is survived by his mother Mary Puckett, children Amanda Dalton, Terra Turner, Alicia Puckett, Alexus Claskins, Brandon and Dustin, five grandchildren and siblings Steve Puckett and Pamela Heflin.
Services 5 p.m. Sept. 29 at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church.
