Plaintiff has brought this action naming you as a Defendants by filing a Complaint on August 1, 2012 in the Clermont County Court of Common Pleas for the foreclosure of liens for delinquent taxes, assessments, penalties, interest and charges against certain real property described in the Complaint.
The object of the action is to obtain from the Court a judgement foreclosing the tax liens against such real estate and ordering the sale of such real estate for the satisfaction of the tax liens thereon.

Kimmerly, Jr., deceased filed a Complaint as plaintiff in the Probate Division of the Court of Common Pleas of Clermont County, Ohio, in Case Number 2012CV-222, said court being located at 2379 Clermont County Drive, Batavia, Ohio 45103, the object and demand for relief of which is to sell the real estate of the said Robert Wayne Kimmerly, who died intestate on December 4, 2009, a resident of Clermont County, Ohio, seized of the fee simple title to the following described real estate located at 2011 SR 133, Bethel, Ohio 45106, to wit:
Situated in Tate Township, Clermont County, Ohio, and in Military Survey No. 762 and being all of Lot No. 19 in Hick’s Subdivision No. 2 in Tate Township, Clermont County, Ohio, being a replat of Lots 9, 10, 11 and 12, and recorded in Plat Cabinet 7, page 212, said Subdivision being a part of the property conveyed to Harvey J. Hicks and Beulah Hicks by deed recorded in Deed Book 309, page 449 of the Clermont County Deed Records. SUBJECT TO to easements, restrictions and encumbrances of record, and all legal highways.
Being the same premises conveyed to Robert R. Kimmerly, Jr. by quit claim deed found of record in Volume 1887, page 100 of the Clermont County Official Records; see also, deed to Robert R. Kimmerly, Jr. and Kathleen M. Kimmerly by deed found of record in Volume 1456, page 444 of the Clermont County Official Records. Tax Parcel No. 324431B019.
The Complaint alleges that the said Robert Wayne Kimmerly is next of kin of the decedent; that it is necessary to sell the subject real property in order to pay the debts and expenses of administering the decedent’s estate; that it is in the best interest of the estate to sell the subject real estate.
The Complaint further alleges that the subject real estate was appraised for purposes of the Amended Inventory and Appraisal filed in the estate proceedings on May 1, 2009, and approved on May 5, 2010, for the sum of $40.000.00; that plaintiff requests the court order a further appraisal pursuant to section 2127.22 ORC and the value returned shall be the appraised value thereof for purposes of these proceeding.
The Complaint further alleges that all defendants be required to set forth any claim, lien or interest in or upon the above described premises which he or she may have or be forever barred therefrom; that all liens upon said premises be marshalled; that said premises sold in accordance with law.
Robert Wayne Kimmerly and the unknown heirs, devisees, executors and administrators of Robert Wayne Kimmerly are further notified that they are required to answer said Complaint within 28 days after September 13, 2012, the date of the last publication of this Notice, and to serve a copy of his or their answer of plaintiff’s attorney who is Lawrence Walker, attorney at law, 60 N. Plaintiff has brought this action naming you as a Defendants by filing a Complaint on August 1, 2012 in the Clermont County Court of Common Pleas for the foreclosure of liens for delinquent taxes, assessments, penalties, interest and charges against certain real property described in the Complaint.
The object of the action is to obtain from the Court a judgement foreclosing the tax liens against such real estate and ordering the sale of such real estate for the satisfaction of the tax liens thereon.

Plaintiff has brought this action naming you as a Defendants by filing a Complaint on August 10, 2012 in the Clermont County Court of Common Pleas for the foreclosure of liens for delinquent taxes, assessments, penalties, interest and charges against certain real property described in the Complaint.
