Elizabeth Sue Carter, 64, of Harlan, Ky., died Aug. 27.

Carter is survived by her children Charlie Skaggs and Diana (Richard) Hooker, grandchildren Kaley and Mackenzie Skaggs and Corbin and Dawson Hooker and great-granddaughter Arianna Skaggs and brother James Dyer as well as other family members and friends.

She was preceded in death by her sister Annabella Gibbons.

Memorial gathering 5 p.m. Sept. 7 at Craver-Riggs Funeral Home in Milford and additional service 2 p.m. Sept. 8 at Croley Funeral Home in Williamsburg. Interment at Perkins Cemetery. Memorials to Hospice of Cincinnati, P.O. Box 633597, Cincinnati, OH 45263.
