Alvin Smith, 69, of Felicity, died Aug. 6 at Mercy Hospital Anderson.

Smith is survived by his daughters Melinda (Tom) Worsham and Melissia Smith, granddaughters Britanny and Bryanna and numerous siblings, nieces and nephews.

Visitation 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. services at Charles H. McIntyre Funeral Home in Felicity. Interment at Chilo Hill Cemetery in Chilo.
