Notice is hereby given to Defendant DAVID McFARLAND, last known address 4388 Hamilton Avenue, Apt. #3, Cincinnati, Ohio 45223, that on May 10, 2012, Plaintiff filed her complaint in the above-referenced Court and cause alleging among other things that on June 13, 2010, Plaintiff was stopped in traffic on Hwy 28, City of Milford, Clermont County, Ohio, when Defendant McFarland negligently failed to maintain an assured clear distance ahead, thereby striking Plaintiff’s vehicle; that as a direct and proximate result of Defendant McFarland’s negligence, Plaintiff suffered personal injuries and other damages. Plaintiff demands judgement against Defendant McFarland for damages in an amount exceeding twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000.00), plus special damages incurred, costs, attorney fees, pre-judgement interest and further relief for which she may be entitled. Defendant DAVID McFARLAND shall set up any defense to the Complaint or be forever barred and judgement be rendered for default. Said Defendant will take notice that he is required to answer said Complaint on or before the 28th day after the last day of publication of this notice or judgement will be rendered accordingly.
