The Grassy Run Historical Arts Committee presented a certificate of appreciation to the Williamsburg City Council on July 26 for their support of its annual event over the years.

The Council allows Grassy Run to hold its annual rendezvous, usually at the end of April, in the community park, taking it over for a weekend. This allows the organization to present displays, demonstrations and presentations representing life in Clermont County prior to 1840.
