Plaintiff has brought this action naming you as a Defendant by filing a Complaint on May 31, 2012 in the Clermont County Court of Common Pleas for the foreclosure of liens for delinquent taxes, assessments, penalties, interest and charges against certain real property described in the Complaint.
The object of the action is to obtain from the Court a judgement foreclosing the tax liens against such real estate and ordering the sale of such real estate for the satisfaction of the tax liens thereon.

Also one-half of the portion of Jassmine Alley that abuts Inlot No. 70, said alley having been vacated by the Village of Williamsburg. Being the same premises described in deed recorded in Deed Book 635, page 360 of the Deed Records of Clermont County, Ohio.
Any person owning or claiming any right, title or interest in, or lien upon, the real property listed above should file an Answer in such action setting forth the nature and amount of interest owned or claimed and any defense or objection to the foreclosure.
An Answer must be filed in the office of the Clerk of Courts, Clermont County, Ohio within Twenty-eight (28) days after date of last publication of this notice which will be published for six consecutive weeks. The last date of publication is July 19, 2012.
If no Answer is filed or you fail to otherwise respond on or before the time stated above, a judgement of foreclosure will be taken by default as to the real property listed in the Complaint. Such real property shall be sold for the satisfaction of the taxes, assessments, penalties, interest, charges, and court costs incurred in the foreclosure that are due and unpaid.
At any time prior to the filing of the entry of Confirmation of Sale, any owner or lienholder of a parcel listed in the Complaint may redeem it by tendering to Plaintiff the amount of taxes, assessments, penalties, interest, and charges due and unpaid on the parcel, together with all costs which have been incurred in the foreclosure proceeding. Upon the filing of the Entry of Confirmation of Sale, there shall be no further equity of redemption. THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF MONROE TOWNSHIP, CLERMONT COUNTY, OHIO
On the 19th day of June, 2012 the Board of Trustees of Monroe Township, Clermont County, Ohio, by Resolution No. 12-102 adopted the 2011 Ohio Fire Code as published by the International Code Council, Inc., in order to guard against the occurrence of fires and to protect the property and lives of the citizens against damage and accidents resulting there from. A complete copy of the Code is on file with the Monroe Township Fiscal Officer for inspection by the public and is also on file at the Clermont County Law Library, Batavia, Ohio.
