This notice is hereby given to CLERMONT COUNTY OIL and GAS COMPANY, a partnership of Felicity, Ohio, its successors and assigns that a certain lease entered into in Volume 5, page 160 of the records of the Clermont County Recorder is forfeited because the Lessee, its successors and assigns have failed to abide by specifically described covenants provided for in the lease and/or because the terms for the lease have expired.
