Billie Joe Dowdell, 83, of Bethel, died June 2 in Cincinnati.
Dowdell was a machinist at Ford Motor Company.
He is survived by his wife, Delores “Dee” Jean Dowdell, daughter Barbara (Douglas) Curtis, grandchildren Joshua, Angela, Sarah and Stephanie, great-grandchildren Stephan, Johnathan, Justin, Keagan, Alecia, Christopher and Aimee.
He was preceded in death by his son Allen Dowdell and brothers James Kenneth and George Dowdell.
Services 2 p.m. June 9 at Evans Funeral Home in Milford.
