Beginning at a point of Ohio street corner to lot formerly owned by Andrew Conner (now by Wilcher Jones), running back with his line one hundred and ninety (190) feet to a twenty (20) foot alley; thence North with said alley to the original corner of lots 246 and 247 now corner to George H. Plaintiff has brought this action naming you as Defendants by filing a Complaint on December 19, 2011, in the Clermont County Court of Common Pleas for the foreclosure of liens, for delinquent taxes, assessments, penalties, interest and charges against certain real property described in the Complaint.
The object of the action is to obtain from the Court a judgement foreclosing the tax liens against such real estate and ordering the sale of such real estate for the satisfaction of the tax liens thereon.

Current taxes, assessments, penalties, interest and charges due and unpaid: $6,392.38 plus any additional taxes, interest, penalties, charges and costs which may accrue following the filing of the Complaint.
Any person owning or claiming any right, title or interest in, or lien upon, the real property listed above should file an Answer in such action setting forth the nature and amount of interest owned or claimed and any defense or objection to the foreclosure.
