Carson Johnathon Moore, an infant, of Georgetown, died April 6 in Cincinnati.
Moore is survived by his mother Rayleen Day, brothers Jordan and Nathanial Jacobs, sister Shylah Day, grandparents Colleen Halloran, Raymond and Pam Day and Joyce and Barry Moore, great-grandparents Raymond and Mary Jo Day, aunts Jeana Halloran, Patricia Dean and Stephanie Day and uncle Ova Halloran.
He was preceded in death by his great-grandparents Ova and Rosalind Neal and Cordie Day.
Visitation 6 p.m. April 11 and services 11 a.m. April 12 at Egbert Funeral Home in Mt. Orab. Interment at Confidence Cemetery. Memorials to Fifth Third Bank for the Carson Moore marker fund.
