Nannie Ada Patrick, 81, of Milford, died April 3.
Patrick was a homemaker.
She is survived by her husband James, children Jim (Pam) Patrick, Carol Campbell, Nancy (Larry) Helton and Ken (Lisa) Patrick, nine grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her siblings Ansel Parks, Virgie Brown, Jean Mane, Estelene Nolan and Ray Parks.
Services 10 a.m. April 5 at Evans Funeral Home in Milford. Interment at Union Cemetery in Symmes Township.
