Plaintiff has brought this action naming you as Defendants by filing a Complaint on February 14th, 2012 in the Clermont County Court of Common Pleas for the foreclosure of liens for delinquent taxes, assessments, penalties, interest and charges against certain real property described in the Complaint.
The object of the action is to obtain from the Court a judgement foreclosing the tax liens against such real estate and ordering the sale of such real estate for the satisfaction of the tax liens thereon.

Kammerer and in the line of land now owned by Claude Cooley, said point of beginning being S. 46 deg. 30’ W. 84 feet from said Kammerer’s southeast corner and a corner to land of said Cooley; thence with said Kammerer’s west line N. 43 deg. W. 660.50 feet to a point in the southerly line of Jackson Road (formerly Loveland & Dallasburg Pike); thence with the southerly line of said road S. 70 deg. 30’ W. 109 feet to a point, corner to other land of Henry G. Strohmenger; thence with his S. 43 deg. E. 703.50 feet to a point in the line of Claude Cooley; thence with his line N. 46 deg. 30’ E. 100 feet to the point and place of beginning, containing 1.56 acres. ALSO the following described real estate situated in Goshen Township, Clermont County, Ohio in Military Survey #524, bounded and described as follows: Being a part of a tract of 1.56 acres which was conveyed to Porter Ladd and Sarah Ladd by deed from Henry G. Strohmenger dated September 1, 1942, recorded in Deed Book 242 at page 139 in the office of the Recorder of said County and beginning at a point in the southerly line of Jackson Road (formerly known as the Loveland and Dallasburg Pike) at the most westerly corner of a tract of 1.49 acres which was conveyed by the said Henry G. Strohmenger to William C. Kammerer, said point of beginning being also at the northeasterly corner of said 1.56 acre tract and running thence S. 43 deg. E. with the line between said 1.56 acre and the 1.49 acre tract, 271 feet to a point which is 88 feet southeastwardly from the corner of a tract of 158/1000 acre that was heretofore conveyed to Robert and Inez Mae Ladd which is the real place of beginning of the real estate that is by this deed conveyed. Any person owning or claiming any right, title or interest in, or lien upon, the real property listed above should file an Answer in such action setting forth the nature and amount of interest owned or claimed and any defense or objection to the foreclosure.
An Answer must be filed in the office of the Clerk of Courts, Clermont County, Ohio within Twenty-eight (28) days after date of last publication of this notice which will be published for six consecutive weeks. The last date of publication is March 29, 2012.
If no Answer is filed or you fail to otherwise respond on or before the time stated above, a judgment of foreclosure will be taken by default as to the real property listed in the Complaint. Such real property shall be sold for the satisfaction of the taxes, assessments, penalties, interest, charges and court costs incurred in the foreclosure that are due and unpaid.

The Board of County Commissioners of Clermont County, Ohio will hold two public hearings for viewing and comments on the proposed Amendment to Section 6.3 of the Flood Damage Reduction Regulations for the County of Clermont, Ohio. The Public Hearings will be held in the Session Room of the Board of County Commissioners, at 101 East Main Street, 3rd Floor Batavia, Ohio 45103-2960 on Wednesday, April 18, 2012 at 11:00 A.M. and Wednesday, April 25, 2012 at 11:00 A.M.
The purpose of the revised regulation is to:
1. The County adopts and maintains Flood Plain Regulations in order to comply with the National Flood Plain Insurance Program per FEMA requirements. The current Regulations were updated and adopted in 2006. Approval is required for all work or development to property in special flood hazard areas within the jurisdiction of Clermont County as identified in Section 1.6 of the regulations. Ohio Department of Natural Resources (ODNR) has advised us that the enforcement section of the county regulations, Section 6.3, should be revised to reflect county enforcement language of ORC 307.99(C) for violations and enforcement.

CONTROL AND LITTER WITHIN THE VILLAGE OF NEW RICHMOND, OHIO PER VILLAGE ORDINANCE NO. 2007-34
This is notice that the owner(s), or any other person, firm or corporation, having the care of any lot or land within the Village of New Richmond shall cut down and remove there from all offensive and noxious weeds, vines and grass of a height of eight inches or more and any and all weeds, vines and grass constituting a threat to the public health, safety, comfort or welfare. You are to cut and destroy such weeds, vines or grass on your property by the following dates: May 1, May 15, June 1, June 15, July 1, July 15, August 1, August 15, September 1, September 15, October 1, and October 15. Failure to comply with this ordinance the municipality shall cause such noxious weeds and grass to be cut and removed at the owner’s expense and the cost together with an administrative fee of twenty (20%) shall be assessed against the lot or land. Also the owner, occupant or custodian of each lot adjacent to a street or alley shall be responsible for the area between the curb and sidewalk or between the edge of the street and the property line where there is no curb or sidewalk, and the area between the centerline of the alley and the property line or the center line of an unimproved street and the property line.

REQUEST FOR
QUALIFICATIONS
The Clermont County Department of Community & Economic Development is seeking professional services from interested architectural and/or engineering firms for the following five (5) public improvement projects. These projects are funded by Clermont County’s FY 2011 Community Development Block Grant Program (Projects must be constructed during calendar year 2012). The Clermont County Department of Community Planning and Development is the administrator of these funds and the Clermont County Department of Community & Economic Development is acting as the project manager to complete the design and construction of the projects. CDBG is the funding source of these projects and all related federal, state and local laws and regulations will apply. The projects are as follows: (Project costs are current preliminary estimates)
Village of Bethel: Replacement of an existing bridge and 20 linear feet of related walkway on S. Charity Street. Estimated project cost $165,800.
Goshen Township: This is a continuation of the Stormwater Drainage Project for a portion of Goshen’s old town area. The project will consist of the replacement or placement of drainage pipes and catch basins for drainage. Estimated project cost $105,000.
Franklin Township: This project is the widening and resurfacing of approximately 3,300 linear feet of Franklin Road. Estimated project cost $99,600.
Sirens: This project is the placement of five (5) sirens in different geographic locations throughout Clermont County. Estimated project cost is $91,900.
For each project, Clermont County desires design and, possibly, construction management (inspections and general administration) services. These designs must be completed within three weeks of authorization to allow sufficient time to complete construction by December of 2012.
The successful professional design firm(s) shall provide such services in accordance with Section 153.65 of the Ohio Revised Code.
Interested firms shall provide a General Statement of Qualifications (2 copies), prioritizing the projects in order of interest. The submittal should be kept under 25 pages and must include valid copies of the Workers’ Compensation Certificate and Certificates of Insurance.
This information must be filed with the Clermont County Department of Community and Economic Development, Attention: Annette Decatur, Grant Coordinator, 2275 Bauer Road, Batavia, Ohio 45103 by no later than 4:00 p.m. on Friday, April 13, 2012. Selection of the firms shall then proceed according to the Guidelines for the Process of Contracting for Procurement of Professional Design Services, a copy of which may be obtained at the Clermont County Department of Community Planning and Development.

The Defendant, Fleet Real Estate Funding Corp., but whose current address is unknown, will take notice that on February 21, 2012, the Plaintiff, The Bank Of New York Mellon fka The Bank Of New York As Trustee For The Certificateholders Of The CWABS, Inc., Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-5, filed its Complaint in Case No. 2012 CVE 00317, in the Court of Common Pleas of Clermont County, Ohio, seeking a foreclosure of its mortgage interest in the real property located at 223 East Main Street, Owensville, OH 45160, Permanent Parcel No. 311205A001P, (“Real Estate”), and alleged that the Defendant, have or may have an interest in this Real Estate.
The Defendant, Fleet Real Estate Funding Corp., is required to answer the Plaintiff’s Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last date of publication of this notice.
