Plaintiff has brought this action naming you as Defendants by filing a Complaint on February 6, 2012 in the Clermont County Court of Common Pleas for the foreclosure of liens for delinquent taxes, assessments, penalties, interest and charges against certain real property described in the Complaint.
The object of the action is to obtain from the Court a judgement foreclosing the tax liens against such real estate and ordering the sale of such real estate for the satisfaction of the tax liens thereon.

If no Answer is filed or you fail to otherwise respond on or before the time stated above, a judgment of foreclosure will be taken by default as to the real property listed in the Complaint. Such real property shall be sold for the satisfaction of the taxes, assessments, penalties, interest, charges and court costs incurred in the foreclosure that are due and unpaid.

BA-01-12:CLERMONT COUNTY AIRPORT RUNWAY REPAIRS AND RESURFACING PHASE A, in accordance with the Ohio Department of Transportation Construction and Material Specifications (effective January 1, 2010 and its revisions and supplements), Standard Construction Drawings, Standard Bridge Drawings, Ohio Manual of Uniform Traffic Control, The State of Ohio Department of Transportation Bridge Design Manual, and other applicable standards in force on the date of letting and in accordance with the Project Specifications and Construction Plans on file in the office of the Clermont County Engineer. Each person bidding for a contract for the construction, demolition, alteration, repair, or reconstruction of any public improvement is required to file with his bid a bid guaranty in the form of either (1) a bond for the full amount of the bid or (2) a certified check, cashier’s check or irrevocable letter of credit pursuant to Chapter 1305 of the Ohio Revised Code in an amount equal to ten (10) percent of the bid pursuant to Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. The purpose of the revised regulation is to:
1. The County adopts and maintains Flood Plain Regulations in order to comply with the National Flood Plain Insurance Program per FEMA requirements. The current Regulations were updated and adopted in 2006. Approval is required for all work or development to property in special flood hazard areas within the jurisdiction of Clermont County as identified in Section 1.6 of the regulations. Ohio Department of Natural Resources (ODNR) has advised us that the enforcement section of the county regulations, Section 6.3, should be revised to reflect county enforcement language of ORC 307.99(C) for violations and enforcement.
