It’s time to celebrate the return of Library Lovers’ Month with your friends, family and neighbors.

During the month of February, libraries across the nation join in the celebration of libraries of all types – school, academic and public.

“This is a time for everyone to recognize the important role libraries play in the cultural and economic success of local communities and the nation as a whole,” said Dave Mezack, library executive director.

When you “Leap Into Your Library” during the month of February you can win BIG. Enter into our drawing either online at www.clermontlibrary.org or at the branch and you could win:

• Leapfrog gift prize (ages 0-5)

• Muppet gift bag (ages 5-12)

• Kodak mini video camera (ages 13-18)

• Kobo eReader (ages 18-adult)

In addition to fun prizes, you’ll also get to visit with Froggy, the beloved storybook character created by Jonathan London and Frank Remkiewicz:

• Amelia – Thursday, Feb. 9, 10:30a.m. – all ages

• Bethel – Saturday, Feb. 4, 11a.m. – all ages

• Goshen – Monday, Feb. 6, 6:30p.m. – all ages

• Batavia – Tuesday, Feb. 7, 6:30p.m. – ages 3-9

• Williamsburg – Wednesday, Feb. 8, 10 a.m. – all ages

Registration is required for all Froggy appearances, so register soon while spaces are still available. Don’t forget to bring your camera and have your picture taken with Froggy!
