The Defendant(s) named upon are required to answer on or before the 2nd day of February, 2012, or a judgment may be rendered as prayed for herein.

NOTICE OF
PUBLIC HEARING
JACKSON TOWNSHIP BOARD OF
ZONING APPEALS
Notice is hereby given that the Jackson Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing at 7:00 P.M. on Thursday, February 2, 2012 at the Jackson Township Community Center, 3263 U.S. Highway 50, Williamsburg, OH 45176 to review, take Public Comments and decide on the Variance request of Charles D. Grant, 5552 Bucktown Road, Williamsburg, OH 45176. Mr. Grant is requesting to be granted a Variance to replace his existing valid non-conforming residence with a new home which would violate Article 9 “Nonconformities”, Section 950 “Nonconforming structures.” Mr. Grant is requesting a variance to be permitted to place the new, larger structure, on the same location as the current home. Mr. Grant states that conforming to the zoning resolution would cause an unnecessary hardship in that it would cause the new structure to interfere with septic lines and would place it in a flood zone. The material and application related to this hearing will be made available for public viewing by contacting the Jackson Township Zoning Office at 513-625-1800 to arrange for an appointment.
